In this page, we would like to discuss in detail about the photoshoot at Oiran Photography Studio Yairo in Chiba.
How long does the photoshoot take?
The duration of the photoshoot varies depending on the plan.

The most standard plan, the Oiran Full Set Plan, takes approximately 4 hours.
Why does it take that long?
The actual photoshoot lasts about 1 hour. However, other processes like makeup, hairstyling, and dressing take additional time.
While it is possible to shorten the time by cutting corners, at Oiran Photography Studio Yairo, we are committed to paying attention to every detail throughout the process.
Flow of the photoshoot
- 1. Arrival
- Please arrive right at the scheduled time.
※There is no waiting area, so please arrive exactly at the designated time. - 2. Hearing
- We will discuss your preferences for makeup, hairstyling, kimono, and the type of photoshoot you would like.
- 3. Removing makeup
- Before applying makeup, we will reset the current makeup. We will remove it using makeup remover.
If you are not wearing makeup, this step is not necessary. - 4. Hairstyling and makeup
- We will proceed with hairstyling and makeup.
This will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. - 5. Dressing
- We will begin dressing you.
This process will take about 30 minutes. - 6. Photoshoot
- The photoshoot will begin.
This will take about 1 hour. - 7. Selfie Time
- You can take some selfies.

- We will reset your makeup and help you change. Afterward, you will select your photos.
- 9. Departure
- This concludes the Oiran photoshoot. We will send your photo data within one week.
About your departure
When you leave, we will remove the Oiran makeup. If you need makeup for your return, please bring your own makeup tools.
Also, we will use wax on your hair.
When leaving, your hair may be harder to manage.
If you are concerned, please bring a hat.
