Use of STUDIO LEMON Yairo

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) using the services provided at STUDIO LEMON Yairo (hereinafter referred to as “Studio”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, we may decline your request for service.

The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms by publishing changes on its website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). The revised Terms will apply to all Customers.

About Our Services

The Studio operates on a reservation-only basis.
We cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Please make a reservation via LINE.

Photoshoot durations vary depending on the selected plan.
For details, please check this page.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened due to scheduling constraints.

Changes to your photoshoot plan must be requested at least two days in advance. In some cases, rescheduling may be necessary due to hair and makeup staff availability.

Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance.
Cancellations made within three days of the appointment will be charged the full amount.

Customers with symptoms such as fever or cough (including suspected COVID-19 or influenza) may be denied service.

If your hair is too short for a ponytail, a traditional topknot (mage) cannot be applied. Instead, hair accessories will be provided.

Individuals under the age of 18 cannot have photos taken in a loosened kimono style.

Shoes are not allowed inside the studio.

Allergy Considerations

We use commercially available cosmetics and hair styling products. If you have any allergies, please bring your own makeup and styling products.

Bringing Items for the Photoshoot

You may bring up to four costume or prop items.

Please consult with us in advance regarding item size and quantity.

We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, or loss of personal items during the photoshoot.

Decorations cannot be brought into the shooting booth.

Live animals and hazardous materials are not allowed.

Items that may stain or damage the studio or costumes are prohibited.

Copyrighted materials that you do not own the rights to cannot be included in the shoot.

Props or accessories that require extensive preparation or setup are not permitted.

Payment

We accept payments in cash, Visa, Mastercard(R), and UnionPay.

Receipts will be sent via email. We do not provide paper receipts.

Valuables

Please keep your valuables secure at all times. We are not responsible for any lost items.

Commercial Photography

Commercial or promotional photography is subject to different pricing.

Admission of Men

As this is a women-only studio, men are not allowed entry (except for photographers).
